Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges on all products within 30 days of delivery, provided they are returned with original tags and packaging.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

• Be unused and unworn
• Be returned with all original packaging, tags, and labels
• Have no visible signs of use, including perfumes, scents, or damage

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

There is no restocking fee for returns. However, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid return label will only be provided if you received an incorrect item. Please ensure that all returns are sent to the correct address provided by our team, as Senoriya is not responsible for items sent to the wrong address, and refunds may be declined in such cases.

Exchanges

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges
• Once the returned item is received and approved, we will issue a store credit
• You can use this store credit to place a new order for your desired item
